Clayton, after his discharge from his service in the U.S. Army in 1979. He has been in Management of quite a few different businesses. He became a Business owner in 1994.
His business focus was automotive repairs and factory work before his life Changing automobile accident in 1987. After his extensive rehabilitation and a change in career paths, he started doing tax preparation and accounting. The business helped other small companies prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, payroll taxes, and integrating existing and new computer systems into companies’ business systems. I also became a QuickBooks Pro Advisor in 1995 and a Microsoft Partner in 1997. As my business grew and my Clients Business grew, I learned how to run network cabling and networking.
In August 2006, Clayton took further education to become a Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist. His primary focus has been expanding his accounting experience to help businesses comply with FACTA, FISMA, GLB, and SOX.
As an Independent Associate in LegalShield, with Biewer & Associates, Clayton is a certified Small Business and Group Benefits, with Commercial Drivers Legal Plan qualifications and is Broker Qualified. Within these separate certifications, he can help businesses recognize the need and responsibility they have to the laws and regulations with the Federal Trade Commission when dealing with their vendors, personnel, and clients.
In 2016, I had another life-changing accident. During my recovery, I have expanded my business more. I have added Reputation, Management, and Reputation Intelligence, Firewall Security, Software Sales, and more.
I have been working with Small Business for over 40 Years as a Manager. Then Running my Accountanting Practice and now with LegalShield. Everything that I do know has residual income the only way to live.
